Getting started
How do I set my week? Profile → Training schedule. Pick every art you train (MMA with jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing — any mix), then set each day to Classes, Gym or Off. A day can hold up to three classes, each with its own art and start time. Home, the class brief, Coach Rey and your food targets all follow it.
How do I change my body weight? Profile → Body weight. It's your current weight, not a daily weigh-in — change it whenever it changes. During a fight camp, the camp card on Nutrition also has a daily weigh-in for tracking the cut.
How are my food targets set? From your body, your training week and your goal. Profile → Nutrition plan lets you set them by hand, recalculate them, or follow a fight camp.
MMAI Pro
What does Pro include? MMAI Pro is required to use MMAI. It includes your training plan, logs, gym, food tracking and fight camp, plus the AI features: film review, Coach Rey chat and voice, food and label scans, AI session builds and fighter artwork.
Which plans are there? Weekly and yearly auto-renewing plans. A limited-time discounted yearly plan may also be offered. Current prices in your currency are always shown in the app before you buy.
How do I cancel? iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MMAI. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If a plan includes a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
I have an offer code. On the subscription screen, tap Code to redeem it with Apple.
I paid but Pro isn't showing. Profile → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Limits
AI features have fair-use daily and monthly limits because each request costs real compute — for example 5 film reviews a day (50 a month). The app always shows how many you have left and when the next opens. Fighter art: four drawings to get it right, then a fresh one every two weeks.
Your account and data
Where is my training saved? On your phone, and backed up to your account when you're signed in. Sign in on a new phone and your history comes back. Signed out there is no backup, so deleting the app deletes it.
I left mid-workout. Open the same gym session again and MMAI offers to pick up where you left off. Unfinished sessions are held for 12 hours.
"My training record can't be opened." MMAI never overwrites a record it can't read, so your history is still there. Tap Retry. If it keeps happening, email us before reinstalling.
Apple Health isn't updating. Profile → Apple Health → Connect, then check the Health app → Sharing → Apps → MMAI and switch on the categories you want.
Deleting your data. Profile → Account → Delete account & data removes your account, its backup and everything on the phone. Profile → Privacy & data removes just your photo, fighter art or Coach Rey's memory.
