Terms of Use
By using MMAI you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your licence to the app. Where these terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. If you do not agree, do not use the app. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Training at your own risk
Combat sports and strength training carry a real risk of injury. MMAI's sessions, loads, focuses, film notes and nutrition figures are estimates generated from what you tell it. They are not medical, dietary or professional coaching advice. Train under qualified supervision, stop if something hurts, and see a professional for injuries, head impacts or making weight.
MMAI Pro subscription
- An active MMAI Pro subscription is required to use MMAI, including its AI features (film review, Coach Rey chat and voice, food scans, session builds and fighter artwork).
- MMAI Pro is offered as weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. A limited-time discounted yearly subscription may also be offered; it renews yearly at that same discounted price. The title, length and price of each plan in your local currency are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if a plan includes one.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Offer codes are redeemed through Apple and follow the terms shown when you redeem them.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting your MMAI account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
AI features and fair use
AI features only run after you allow them in the app. Once allowed, the content you submit to a feature is sent to third-party AI providers to deliver it (see the Privacy Policy). AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Check anything important before acting on it. Generated fighter artwork is a stylised illustration and may not match your likeness. AI features have daily and monthly fair-use limits shown in the app; limits exist to keep the service running for everyone and may change.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, video, notes and records you add. You allow MMAI and its AI providers to process the specific content you submit to a feature only to deliver that feature. Only submit content you have the right to use, and do not upload images of other people without their consent.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to bypass limits or the subscription, reverse engineer the service, or use it to create harmful, sexual or misleading images of anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. The date at the top changes when they do; continued use means you accept the update.
No warranty
MMAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injury, loss of data or other damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and its data at any time in Profile → Account → Delete account & data.
Age
You must be at least 13 to use MMAI. Athletes under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian and train under qualified supervision.
